Remote Control Unit AN/GSA-80-GY

Authentic GSA-80/GY Military Field Telephone Control Unit – a rare tactical remote control unit that allows a radio transceiver to be operated via a standard field telephone (similar to the Control Unit C-2328/GRA-39).

The device operates on 12–24V DC using an external military power source or battery.

Configurations & Tactical Use:

• Two Local Battery (LB) field telephones can be connected via two GSA-80/GY units over a tactical radio link.
• A remote, stationary, or mobile radio station can be connected to a wired participant using the GSA-80/GY assembly.
• The GSA-80 allows two separate radio stations to be interconnected via a two-wire field line to form a functional field telephone relay station.
